Metal core PCB

Metal core pcb is abbreviated as MCPCB, it is made of thermal insulating layer, metal plate and metal copper foil, which has special magnetic conductivity, excellent heat dissipation, high mechanical strength and good processing performance. For metal core base material, there is aluminum and copper base materials. Aluminum substrate is a kind of metal-based copper clad plate with good heat transferring and dissipation function. Copper substrate has better performance than aluminum, but its price is relatively more expensive than aluminum.

1. Available PCB Files:
"gerber files", " *.pcb", " *.PcbDoc ", EAGLE " *.brd ", " *.lay" and " *.lay6" files. Gerber file is the best if possible. please Send PCB Files(Gerber) to us: 596572895@qq.com

2. The standard PCB is ordered as below (without additional charge):
FR4 1.6mm, ROHS, 1/1oz, HASL, Green Solder Mask, White silkscreen color.

3. Tell us how many pieces you need, minimum order quantity is 5pcs.

4. Production Time:
For 2 layers prototype PCB: 2-3days. 4 layers PCB: 4-5 days.

For 2 layers PCB Mass production : only needs 5-7 days normally , for . Other special lead time we will note in the quotation.

5. Delivery Methods:

If not urgent, China or HK Post, e-Packet is economic with 10-23 days.

If in urgent, express DHL/Fedex/Aramex/UPS/EMS are available.
