If the circuit board or assembled circuit board cannot be used due to our reasons (the quality is inconsistent with the description of the order or there is a quality defect), you can claim compensation. We can refund directly to your account or  credit your PCBBay account , which can be used to pay for your next order. We can also rework or remanufacture these unusable circuit boards and resend them to you at our own expense.
